Life Journaling Course is design to accelerate your personal growth. Every day is worth writing and planning! Life Journaling is an important part of the self-improvement journey to the best version of self. This course will get you to explore yourselve, your true values and desires. It will get you inspired and make you watch daily things and events from the positive perspective. The Life Journaling course covers the 7 most important areas of life that, according to 7 Spheres of Self-Improvement, are inner peace, health and physics, family and relationships, wealth and career, development and learning, spirituality, and the purpose of life.
The coaching is online three week coaching with one online meeting a week.
Before the first coaching you will get a questionnaire to help you and the coach prepare for the course.
The duration of each session is 30 minutes.
